The national motorsport season is properly underway! Here are a few of my snaps from the opening rounds of the British GT Championship (and GB3 & GB4) at Oulton Park and the British Touring Car Championship at Donington Park…

British GT Championship – Oulton Park 18 April 2022

The race boiled down to a head-to-head fight between Adam Carroll (Audi) and Jules Gounon (Mercedes)

…and the reason for the red flag… thankfully everyone walked away unscathed 🙂

…and we’re off again! Things were about to get confusing as the red flag coincided with the pitstop window (cue: frantic mathematics working out time penalties etc]

BTCC – Donington Park 24 April 2022

Hooray! After a scary fire in qualifying the day before, Sunday morning is here and Dan Cammish is ready to race!

Walked round the circuit… one of the best places to watch up at McLeans: great view and hardly anyone comes up here!

Super fun to have Dan Cammish back in the BTCC! It wasn’t the best start to the season, but you don’t win a championship in the first round! Roll on Brands…
